In the second quarter of 2025, the photography app landscape on Android in Latin America showcased diverse trends across the top applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, here's a closer look at how these apps performed.

X PhotoKit experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 914K at the beginning of April to around 115K by the end of June. Despite this, its weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at $59 in early April and dipping to $2 in early June before a slight recovery. Similarly, weekly active users decreased from 1.7M to 648K by the end of the quarter.

UpFoto - AI Photo Enhancer saw a steady weekly revenue, maintaining around $3K to $4.6K, with the highest at $4.6K in the first week of April. Weekly downloads showed a declining trend from 855K to 130K. Active users also decreased from 832K to 469K by the end of June.
